The mission of Mariam’s Fashions is to provide superior quality products and excellent service to our customers.

Our goal is to research and develop top quality products based on our customers needs and to make those products available to them on timely basis. We are to listen to our customers not only on their products needs but on their service needs as well. We are to open and maintain lines of communication with our customers to ensure that we understand their needs and do everything possible to meet their expectations. We will do all in our power to satisfy the customer’s needs. If a problem should arise, our full attention will be given to solve that problem as expeditiously as possible.

MARIAM’S FASHIONS - QUALITY CONTROL

Each member of our team is expected to visually inspect each and every piece of clothing before shipping. Please do inform Jay or Ruby about any styles which have an unusually high percentage of flaws/returns so as to pull that style off the floor.

We cannot obviously achieve our stated mission and goals unless we have a caring and courteous staff who takes pride in their ability to provide the product and service to our customers. Our willingness to listen and respond to the changing needs of our customers is the key to our mission at Mariam’s Fashions.
